📜 Terms & Conditions
By agreeing to become a beta tester, you acknowledge and accept the following:
- This opportunity is for a limited time. The enrollment period to be a remote beta tester is currently limited to 100 remote participants.
- You will test pre‑release software and provide honest, constructive feedback.
- All information, bug reports, suggestions, and related materials become the exclusive property of Perfect Computing Solutions, Inc.
- You agree not to share any confidential materials, features, or trade secrets outside the test group.
- Compensation is provided as 2 shares per hour of documented testing work (shares are non‑transferable and have no cash value until converted).
- Weekly cap: Maximum 10 hours (20 shares) per week – even if you work more, compensation is limited to 20 shares.
- The company may terminate your tester status at any time without prior notice.
- All timesheets will be recorded at the exit time of the work for that period. It should be when you fill out the timecard.
- Timesheets are stored as files in your downloads folder and submitted on a weekly or daily basis.
- Issued shares will be tracked internally and available eventually for you to see when Profile sessions are up and running.
- A profile session is for an individual user with compensatory details and work tracking and rankings.
- Progress tracking is done by a BETA ID and PC ID that is issued after the entry process is complete.
- You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

As a beta tester, you will have access to the following reporting and submission tools:
- 🐛 Bug Report Portal: Submit detailed bug reports with screenshots, steps to reproduce, and severity ratings. Each bug report earns credit toward your testing metrics.
- 📄 PDF Submission Zone: Upload your detailed test reports, findings, and documentation in PDF format. All submissions are indexed by your BETA ID and PC ID.
- ⏱️ Timesheet System: Log your daily testing hours, track projects, and upload work summaries. Timesheets auto-calculate your earned shares based on hours worked.
- 📊 Progress Dashboard: View your testing metrics, bug report history, timesheet entries, and share accumulation in real-time.
- 🔗 Secure FileZone: Access to beta software downloads, documentation, and exclusive tester resources.
⚡ Testing Workflow & Best Practices
To ensure accurate compensation and effective testing, please follow these guidelines:
- Document Everything: Each testing session should be documented with what you tested, issues found, and time spent.
- Submit Timesheets Regularly: Submit your hours weekly to ensure accurate share calculation. Timesheets can be submitted daily or weekly.
- Bug Reports First: When you find a bug, submit a report immediately through the Bug Report Portal with clear reproduction steps.
- PDF Reports: For complex testing scenarios, compile your findings into a PDF and upload to the Submission Zone.
- Track Your PC ID: Your PC ID is used to identify your testing environment. Keep it consistent across all submissions.
- BETA ID Usage: Always include your BETA ID in all submissions, timesheets, and bug reports for proper credit assignment.
💰 Detailed Compensation Structure
- Class A Shares: 2 shares per hour – Standard voting shares, most liquid after IPO.
- Class B Shares: 2.0 shares per hour – Premium shares with 10x voting power, available only to working contributors.
- Class C Shares: 2 shares per hour – Preferred shares with priority in exits, no voting power.
- Bonus Opportunities: High-quality bug reports, critical security findings, and significant contributions may qualify for additional share bonuses.
- Referral Program: Refer other qualified beta testers – earn bonus shares upon their successful enrollment.
⚠️ Pre‑IPO Company Risk Acknowledgment
I understand that Perfect Computing Solutions, Inc. is a pre‑IPO private company. I am aware of the risks associated with private companies transitioning and growing, including but not limited to: changes in valuation, illiquidity of shares, potential restructuring, and the fact that future public offering is not guaranteed. I accept these risks voluntarily and look forward to contributing to and growing with the company.
📌 Important Note About Share Issuance
Shares earned through beta testing will be tracked internally and will be visible in your user profile once the Profile system is launched. You will receive periodic statements of your accumulated shares. All share issuances are subject to company policies and securities regulations.
